Terms and Conditions

Here’s what you need to do:
– Comply: Check you’ve met all the requirements with our handy Rebate Checklist.
– Capture: Take some photos of the completed front landscape to show off your new beautiful front yard.
– Claim: Send the required documents, photos, and your personal details to caleb@hbland.com.au—don’t forget to include your Estate Name and Lot number in the subject line for swift processing!

Documents to Email:
– Certificate of Occupancy (Occupancy Permit)
– Photos of the completed front landscape package
– Self-completed checklist
– Bank Account details for the incentive to be paid

The Review Committee will assess the completed landscaping in accordance with the provided photos and checklist. On completion of the review, provided the photos match the checklist, the rebate will be paid to your nominated bank account.
