These milestones help us move closer to delivering a thriving community – and provide you with clear timelines to plan your next steps.

Stage 11 – Works are nearing completion, with registration forecast for late September 2025 and settlements in October 2025.

Stage 12 – Registered on 19 August 2025. Settlements are scheduled for September, with streetscapes to commence the same month.

Stage 13 – Water reticulation is nearly complete. Pavement construction is scheduled to begin in September, with registration expected in Q1 2026.

Stage 16 – Water reticulation to commence in September 2025, with registration forecast for Q1 2026.
