Unity Park is fast becoming a thriving community with over 60% of the entire community now sold. Furthermore, the foundational Stages 1 through 9 are now registered and have achieved over 95% sell-out, establishing a vibrant core for our growing neighbourhood.

Construction Progress Across Stages
Our construction teams have been hard at work across several stages, bringing more dream homes closer to reality.
- Stage 11: Construction is progressing well in Stage 11, with settlements expected mid to late in Q3, 2025. Road pavement works are well underway following the completion of kerb and channel infrastructure, and these will continue throughout May 2025. Landscaping is also planned for completion in Q3 2025.
- Stage 12: We’re seeing rapid progress here, with civil works nearing completion. Electrical and telecommunication services are now installed. Footpath paving works will continue through May 2025, and we anticipate civil completion and registration in July 2025. Landscaping works are scheduled for completion in Q3 2025.
- Stage 13: We’re excited to announce that all relevant approvals have been obtained for Stage 13. Works are set to commence in May 2025, with completion currently forecasted for Q1 2026.
