We are pleased to share a June update on the works that have taken place at Unity Park, Tarneit.

Stage 1 and Stage 2

Electrical reticulation is complete for Stage 1, with footpath works to commence in June 2022.
Pavement construction works are underway for Stage 2.

Stage 1 Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q3 2022

Stage 2 Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q4 2022

Stage 3

Drainage works are complete with water reticulation commencing in June 2022.

Stage 3 Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q4 2022

Stage 4

Approvals have been obtained for Stage 4, with construction works commencing in early June 2022.

Stage 4  Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q2 2023

Stage 5

Civil contract for Stage 5 has been awarded with approvals from the relevant authorities expected shortly.

Stage 5  Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q2 2023

Stage 6 – Citrus Release is now selling offering regular rectangular lot sizes available ranging from 294m² – 512m² with no easements.
