With the end of the year fast approaching, November marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Unity Park. With construction powering along we are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place recently.

Stage 1
Streetscape works are now complete.

Stage 2
Titles achieved on 22 November 2022, with settlements to occur in December 2022.

Stage 3
Civil works are nearing completion with the Statement of Compliance process underway.

Anticipated Settlement Date: January 2023

Stage 4
Pavement construction works are underway and will continue into December 2022.

Anticipated Settlement Date: Q2 2023

Stage 5
Drainage works have progressed, with pavement construction works to commence in December 2022.

Anticipated Settlement Date: Q2 2023

Stage 6
Civil works to commence in December 2022.

Anticipated Settlement Date: Q3 2023
