We are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place at Unity Park recently.

Stage 1 & Stage 2

Civil works in Stage 1 are nearing completion with final surfacing works to be undertaken in August 2022. In Stage 2, electrical reticulation works are complete with footpath works commencing in August 2022.

Stage 1 Anticipated Settlement Date:  September 2022

Stage 2 Anticipated Settlement Date:  October 2022

Stage 3

Water reticulation works are complete with pavement construction works continuing into August 2022.

Stage 3 Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q4 2022

Stage 4

Civil works have commenced in Stage 4, with sewer reticulation works underway.

Stage 4  Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q2 2023

Stage 5

Civil works have commenced in Stage 5, with sewer reticulation works underway.

Stage 5  Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q2 2023

Stage 6 – Citrus Release is now selling offering regular rectangular lot sizes available ranging from 294m² – 512m² with no easements.
