The construction efforts for Unity Park remain ongoing, with the month of May proving to be a period of heightened activity.

Stage 3

We are thrilled to advise that Stage 3 Titles registered on 14 April 2023. Settlements are expected to follow in late April 2023.

Stage 4

Footpath paving works nearing completion with topsoiling anticipated to commence in late April 2023.

Stage 4 Anticipated Settlement Date:  mid-2023

Stage 5

Electrical and communications reticulation complete with footpath paving works well underway.

Stage 5 Anticipated Settlement Date: mid-2023

Stage 6

Pavement construction commenced in April 2023. Water reticulation is expected to start in May 2023.

Stage 6 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q3 2023

Stage 7

Drainage works underway with pavement construction to commence in May 2023.

Stage 7 Anticipated Settlement Date: Q4 2023
