As we approach the Easter period, we are pleased to share an update on the works that have taken place at Unity Park, Tarneit.

Stage 1 and Stage 2

Winslow Constructors continue to host the big machines onsite with at least 10 excavators onsite at any point in time.  Kerb and channel works are complete in Stage 1, with sewer and drainage works completed in Stage 2. Pavement construction works across Stages 1 and 2 to continue into May 2022.

Stage 1 Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q3 2022

Stage 2 Anticipated Settlement Date:  Q4 2022

Stage 3

Earthworks have now been completed and the park extents are taking shape. Sewer is nearly finished, and drainage is commencing after the Easter break.

Stage 4 and 5

Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2022. All engineering approvals are imminent, and we expect to see the scrapers and graders float in shortly to commence bulk earthworks.
